In respect of Preston Berry and Three Trees Contracting
In 2014 my wife and I designed a custom home in a French Country style. The architect’s interpretation of the home made use of many traditional & classic forms of finish, namely stone and wood/beam accents. The wood trim & beam work was carried from the outside to the inside of the house with trusses, beams and mantels which greatly enhance a feel of old world charm to the vaulted ceilings and rooms. Having a skilled craftsman was key to having our house become the reality that we and our architect envisioned.
Our builder assured us that they had the right person to make our house come together with the detail & care our house required.
Preston was the right person to contribute significantly to our vision. There was a lot of effort that Preston put into our home. His eye for detail, finish and careful construction is to this day still very satisfying to behold. Beams, trusses, soffits, mantels and all that was done by Three Trees have a timeless quality not often seen in homes these days. His kindly demeanour, understanding to our needs and pleasant interactions made him a joy to work with.
My wife and I congratulate Preston and Three Trees Contracting in sticking with his old world principles of pride and commitment to his craft and unreservedly recommend him to others who may consider his talents as part of their design ambitions. Should anyone choose Preston for your ambitions, you will continue to enjoy his abilities long after his work is complete.

In the spring of 2010, Preston Berry custom designed and constructed a beautiful two story timber frame porch on the front of our home in Leisure Lake, Priddis Alberta. My wife and I were very impressed with his attention to detail, quality of workmanship and coordination of tradesmen. Preston kept the project on schedule and on budget while graciously accommodating us with some additional modifications to our existing home.

Preston Berry of Three Trees Contracting has worked with us over the last four years constructing our cabin and most recently on a renovation of my office.
Over the years Preston has always displayed a positive happy attitude, arrived at the job when he said he would and met deadlines (unlike some other trades). If any problem has resulted (they always do), we have been able to resolve the issues to the satisfaction of all of us.
